Located on the high streets of Brooklyn used to be the remnants of a historic pre-war landmark. With this renovation our goal was to convert the decrepit space into a state of the art, modern industrial office with an emphasis on the building history. Being mindful to the Covid-triggered budget of our client while achieving that historic tone, we preserved the original brick wall as a design element, applied wooden floors in neutral shades and kept the pipes exposed. Doors and window frames were painted in a rich dramatic black with the room marked in a spacious orchestration of vogue classics, giving it its modern industrial charm.
