A prominent investment firm was opening up a new branch in Stamford, Connecticut. The client brief called for a design that embodied dignity and prestige while achieving a functional office environment, encompassing their fundamentals both structurally and aesthetically. Cost transparent estimates were key in this project to satisfy their request of upfront pricing.

The primary feature of this design was symmetry so as to elevate a standard experience for applicants and potential clients. We used classic elements of marble and millwork to create a feeling of elegant formality. To contend against the cold airiness, we bordered the lobby with small conference zones centralized upon trim rugs to set a warm and inviting tone, as well as adding hints of greenery to the otherwise monochromatic palette. Overall, our interiors were kept chic, sophisticated and simplistic, reverberating hues of refinement throughout.
